CURASAN RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

In order to return or exchange any curasan product, you must obtain an RMA # by contacting Customer Service at 919-941-9770 or orders@curasan.com.  No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA #.  All product returned or exchanged must be unopened and undamaged with seals and labels intact.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURNS:

Product must be received within 30 days of the invoice date for full refund.  Subject to approval, product returned after 30 days will be assessed a 15 % restocking fee.  No returns accepted after 90 days.

EXCHANGES:

Product must have a minimum of one (1) year shelf life remaining prior to expiration.  All exchanges must be requested within 90 days from invoice date.

Note: To comply with regulations regarding human allografts, any returns or exchange are subject to additional requirements to verify storage conditions among other items.  Please contact Customer Service for more details.
